Drive To Ridgway State Park

I love the smell of peaches, I love them in a nice girly drink Bellini…but I cannot stand the fuzzy snot texture of actual peaches. That didn’t stop us from stopping in Palisade and picking enough to feed an army. Will Airbnb’s take them in trade, guess we’ll find out?!

Our home for the next four nights is Ridgway State Park. It’s going to be a busy spot for Labor Day, tried to upgrade to full hookups but no mas. Good news though, our redneck neighbor is driving a refurbished ambulance…you never know.

Just one bite I promise.

Just one bite, I promise.

Just one bite I promise.

  2. Good morning Marc. I’m still following with more than casual interest. We too have contemplated selling our house to take advantage of the real estate market, getting an Airstream, and riding off into the sunset. If you don’t mind, I have a couple of questions and there will likely be more in the future. What model Airstream do you have and what is the length? What are you using to pull the trailer?

    1. Ask as many questions as you want, the sunset is awesome. I have a 2011 Flying Cloud Bambi hauled by a Ford F-150 with 2.7 Ecoboost, pulls with no problem. Aver age around 12.8 pulling trailer. Our trailer is 19’ but we stay at Airbnb’s quite a bit…would recommend longer if full time. What else you got?
